As a 96-bed community for adults with multiple sclerosis and other advanced neurological disorders, The Boston Home's population is younger and more stable than many care facilities, with residents often joining the community in mid-life and residing for 20 years. You will enjoy the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with the residents for whom you care!
The Staff Development Coordinator continuously plans and provides for educational programming that supports the facility's mission and clinical excellence objectives and that meets all DPH requirements for long term care licensure.
Job Responsibilities include:
Experience in staff education and knowledge of long term care regulations required.
Current Massachusetts nursing license required (RN preferred).
